Who provides this
Tollmark is operated by Norbin AS, established in Norway. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Use of the site
You may use Tollmark for any lawful purpose, commercial included. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or present its output as an official determination of duty.
The data
Tariff rates published here are derived from official sources, each named on the sources page with its own licence. Where a source requires attribution, that attribution is reproduced there and must travel with any reuse.
Our compilation — the normalisation, the change history, the comparative
figures and the structure we impose on those sources — is released under the
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence
. You may use it commercially, including via the
data.json endpoint on each page, provided you credit Tollmark
and preserve the upstream attribution.
Reasonable automated access is welcome. Excessive load may be rate-limited.
No warranty
The site and its data are provided as-is. We make no warranty that any figure is accurate, current or fit for a particular purpose. See the disclaimer for what that means in practice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of this site or reliance on figures published here.

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page records when. Material changes will be noted there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and the Norwegian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
