Reporting an error
To make a problem reproducible, include:
- The page address and the figure or wording you are questioning.
- The date you saw it and, for a calculation, the destination and commodity code.
- A link to an official source or carrier price list, if you have one.
Use an example amount if you prefer. Do not send identity documents, payment details or an unredacted invoice. See the privacy policy and corrections log.

For a decision about your parcel
