Material corrections to published information, with the reason for the change.

This log records the corrections listed below. It is not a complete audit of earlier versions, and an absent entry is not evidence that every figure was correct. Ordinary changes in a source's tariff are different from a correction to our calculation or explanation.

Privacy, contact and editorial information
Removed descriptions of saved calculations, rate-alert subscriptions, active advertising and a consent manager that the site did not provide. Replaced an unusable contact form with the existing email contact, corrected the company-address reference, and removed an unsupported claim that a named editor personally reviewed every figure.
Earlier site copy described planned services and review arrangements as if they were already in place. The privacy page now explains the actual server-side calculation cache.
How data changes are checked
The scheduled importer checks its configured tariff sources. It holds new duty measures, large rate changes and certain other changes for a review decision before applying them. Smaller eligible changes can be applied automatically. That queue does not mean every rate, VAT rule, carrier fee or article has received human review.
A scheduled check can fail or wait for review. Refresh arrangements differ between sources; see data sources and coverage. Page dates should be read alongside those limits.
Report a problem
Email the page address and the figure or wording in question, with a source link if available. Avoid sending personal details or unredacted invoices. A reported error needs to be assessed before a correction can be recorded.
