Operator and contact
Tollmark is operated by Norbin AS, Norway, company number 915 097 049 . The register lists the current business address. Send privacy and data requests to post@tollmark.com.
Calculator inputs and results
You do not need an account. When you request an estimate, your parcel inputs are sent to Tollmark's calculation service hosted on Cloudflare. They include the origin, destination, commodity code, value, currency and shipping cost, plus any other calculation options you supply. The form sends these in the request body, not in the page address.
Successful calculations, including their inputs, are cached on the server for up to 24 hours so identical requests can reuse the result. The cache key is derived from the calculation and data version, not an account, email address or visitor IP address. The calculator does not save a history in your browser's local storage.
Do not enter personal identifiers in calculation fields or append them to a page address. Calculator inputs are not sent to an external AI service.
Hosting
Cloudflare receives the connection information needed to serve the site, including an IP address. The calculator does not request your device's precise location; you choose the destination yourself.
Hosting and diagnostic systems process request information to deliver and troubleshoot the service. The application's calculation cache is separate from those operational logs. For information about Cloudflare's processing, see its privacy policy.
Advertising, analytics and storage
Display advertising and advertising scripts are inactive. The site does not include a visitor analytics script, saved-calculation feature or rate-alert subscription. There is no advertising consent manager to configure in this version. Fonts are served with the site, without a request to Google Fonts. See the cookie and browser storage page.
If you email us
Your email provider sends your address and message to the operator's mailbox. Email is separate from the calculator. Send only the information needed for your question and remove personal details from invoices or screenshots. Contact the address above to ask about an email you have sent or request access, correction or deletion of personal data.
Your rights and policy updates
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, object to processing and request portability. You can also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
The date above records the latest edit to this policy. It is not a request for consent to new tracking or a statement that continued use provides that consent.
